Our in house tax team advises on optimal tax structures and assists corporates and high net worth individuals in their tax planning. We undertake healthy and independent assessment of the compliance status of our clients and make recommendations based on our findings. We also advise on tax implications for corporate mergers, acquisitions and re-organisations and investment vehicles and structures. We assist clients in resolution of tax disputes through alternative dispute resolution and representation at the tax appeals tribunal and the High Court. We also provide clients with technical support during Kenya Revenue Authority audits.
